YALEC Peja (Youth Adult Learning and Empowerment Center) is a dynamic community-based initiative dedicated to empowering young people and adults through education, skills development, and active participation in society. Based in Peja, Kosovo, YALEC serves as a hub for lifelong learning, personal growth, and civic engagement.
Our mission is to promote inclusive, accessible, and high-quality learning opportunities that respond to the evolving needs of individuals and the labor market. Through innovative programs, workshops, and community partnerships, we aim to build a more informed, skilled, and resilient society.
We work closely with local and international partners to implement projects that support youth development, adult education, and social inclusion.
